Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment across creative, media production, and technical roles. This strategic leader partners with hiring managers to craft requirements, postings, and processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing all phases of recruitment.
• Experience in broadcast media or live event production preferred.
• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Partner with managers to create detailed job postings and hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate interviews for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coach recruiters and drive team performance and growth.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and track key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Present candidate recommendations with portfolios and referrals.
