EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to head the US recruiting team and partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The role focuses on optimizing processes, establishing best practices, and aligning with our mission and goals.

The candidate will lead recruiters, drive a data-driven recruitment culture, and build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to scale delivery while evolving our employer brand and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership and recruiting management.
• Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Creative and flexible mindset; project management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Global scale recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US recruitment and sourcing team on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop data-driven recruiting processes and market insights.
• Establish performance metrics to drive a high-performing culture.
• Plan and execute inclusive recruitment processes aligned with D&I strategy.
• Develop routes to market to meet changing hiring needs.
• Create an Early Careers strategy to attract/diversify talent.
• Ensure stakeholders have best-in-class recruiting experience.
