Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and senior roles within corporate and shared services. You will mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists, refine recruiting practices, and own complex, high-visibility requisitions in a corporate recruiting model.

You will partner with hiring managers, design targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience while coordinating onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience consulting hiring managers and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, managerial, and senior-level roles.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, hard-to-fill requisitions with high priority.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to define role specs and strategy.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies for each search and select channels.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate on onboarding transitions for new hires.
