Ampcus Inc is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to attract and place mid-to-senior level professionals across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver a high-touch, consultative experience and build strong talent pipelines while managing full-cycle recruiting.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ATS. Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition leadership and HR partners is key to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in an ever-changing environment.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Attract and recruit mid-to-senior level positions across various business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure a consultative recruiting experience.

• Execute full-cycle recruiting processes.
