Job summary

Talent Search Pro in Chicago seeks a senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment across Professional Services, including Sales and B2B. You will partner with leaders to design strategies, attract top talent, and drive hiring decisions with a focus on candidate experience.

This role leverages sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and AI-enabled platforms to build diverse pipelines, ensure compliance with employment laws, and deliver timely updates through the hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience combined with professional services and sales placements.
• Proven talent acquisition experience in Professional Services, including Sales and B2B.
• Strong sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence leaders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and process-excellence.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop recruiting strategies.
• Attract diverse talent using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other tools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting culture and values.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate selection and interviewing.
• Manage candidate communications to maintain engagement.
• Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools in recruiting.
