Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies (LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisitions with quality-of-hire and time-to-fill.
• Strong candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, operational, clinical, and leadership roles.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to establish strategies, profiles, and timelines.
• Develop robust candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify process improvements and optimize hiring outcomes.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and leaders to align recruiting with organizational goals.
