Job summary

Global Power Components is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for office and professional roles across the organization, including Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, and Leadership. You will partner with department leaders to build pipelines and ensure a professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong consultative skills, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for professional/technical roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas (Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, etc.).
• Strong consultative skills with hiring managers and executives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms; Workday Recruiting or equivalent; sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO compliance, and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional, technical, and leadership roles across functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, associations, industry groups, and online platforms.
• Partner with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to build pipelines for talent.
• Stay current on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for office and professional positions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, reference checks, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers across functions to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Lead recruiting for specialized and executive roles with confidentiality and consultative guidance.
• Guide managers through interview best practices, structured interviewing, and selection decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from offer to first day.
