TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to design and lead proactive recruitment strategies across our geographic footprint. You will own the full lifecycle—from employer branding to sourcing, selection, offer, and onboarding—acting as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment or executive search experience, ideally within a multi-entity or complex organization.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
• Passion for inclusive hiring, continuous improvement, and exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and role requirements.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through sourcing, interview, offer, and onboarding.
