You will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support growth and workforce objectives, influence hiring decisions, and build strong pipelines. You will oversee interview coordination, offers, and candidate experience, while tracking metrics to improve processes and strengthen the employer brand.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent required.
• 7+ years recruiting experience targeted.
• Experience supporting senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding for professional and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Source candidates through diverse channels and build strong pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers with market-driven competitiveness.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
