Southland Industries is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill roles within our construction-focused business units. You will partner with hiring managers on strategy, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in recruiting, construction industry experience, and strong communication skills to navigate a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of independently managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Construction industry recruiting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience advising hiring managers on strategy, market trends, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for higher-complexity and senior roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, passive search, referrals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with TA team and candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Forecast talent needs with TA leadership and help deploy recruiting plans.
