Qualifications

• : 10+ years of recruiting experience, including independently managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven experience in construction industry recruiting.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and sell opportunities.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques (passive sourcing, Boolean searching, cold calling).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with initiative to improve processes.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS.
• Experience advising on hiring strategy, market trends, and compensation positioning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, passive search, internal talent communities, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with TA Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Candidates.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience with proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Forecast talent needs and deploy strategic recruiting plans.
• Stay informed about industry trends to improve processes.
• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for senior-level or hard-to-fill requisitions.
• Advise hiring managers on hiring strategy, market conditions, and candidate positioning.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
