We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across all locations, acting as a strategic talent acquisition partner to attract, assess, and hire top talent for Longship's growth.

The role requires building candidate pipelines, sourcing passive talent, conducting comprehensive interviews, and leading offer negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source, cold-call, and influence top talent
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interviewing, assessment and relationship-building skills
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume; familiarity with ATS and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process to fill open positions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, events, referrals, and industry channels
• Conduct phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews to assess fit and potential
• Lead offers, negotiate and close top talent
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Build relationships with colleges, universities and professional associations
