The role oversees sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to support Trident's growth.

Based in Chattanooga, TN, you will build a strong talent pipeline and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Manages end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Delivers positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Partners with managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute recruiting strategies across channels.
• Source and identify high-quality talent via LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Stay updated on labor market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Promote Trident Transport’s employer brand and culture.
