The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in recruiting, expertise with ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a data-driven mindset to improve hiring metrics. This on-site role supports growth in Kentucky and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and specialized roles.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with hiring goals.
• Source candidates via diverse channels and networking methods.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience.
• Assist with offers and maintain equity with market benchmarks.
