This role partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to anticipate workforce needs, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing for professional roles and closing hires.
• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to develop talent mapping and engage passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence, and partner with hiring managers and HR partners.
• High sense of urgency, proactive and results-driven work ethic.
• Collaborative problem solver capable of navigating complex hiring challenges.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, locations, and organizational levels.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Provide talent-market insights, including candidate availability, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks.
• Support employer-branding initiatives and represent Fracht at career fairs and industry events.
• Screen and assess candidates via résumé reviews, interviews, assessments, and work samples.
• Train hiring managers on structured interviewing and consistent selection practices.
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records in ADP Workforce Now with timely communication.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements, prepare offers, and support negotiations.
• Provide recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring trends to HR and leadership.
• Respond to changing business needs while balancing priorities, recruitment costs, speed, and quality.
