The role focuses on understanding staffing needs, proactively sourcing qualified candidates, and managing candidates from initial contact through hire and onboarding. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build relationships with leaders, candidates, and teams, and contribute to process improvements across HR functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Ability to source and engage qualified candidates and manage interview processes.

• Identify current and anticipated hiring needs with HR and operations.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Proactively source and engage candidates for open roles.
• Review applications and conduct phone screens/interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates and coordinate interview logistics.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks and drug testing.
