Job summary

Southern States, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with executives and HR leaders, shaping talent strategies that align with current and future business needs. You will oversee full cycle recruiting, build proactive pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate experience and employer brand across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of HR, you will lead intake, candidate assessment, selection decisions, and use data-driven insights to improve recruiting effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR experience, with full cycle recruiting leadership.
• Experience aligning recruiting with workforce planning and business strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and build pipelines.
• Lead full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Provide consultative guidance on position requirements, compensation, and selection.
• Maintain candidate pools and improve employer branding and candidate experience.
• Use data to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and inform leadership decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect confidential information.
