Job summary

ADP in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers and People Team partners, and shape talent strategy for professional, technical, and leadership roles.

You will design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong collaboration across teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive corporate recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting technical IT/SW development and other specialized professional recruiting.
• Two years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Seven or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intake and Talent Strategy Meetings with hiring managers and People Team partners.
• Provide guidance on labor market conditions, sourcing strategies, interview design, and compensation considerations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies for professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Create job postings, recruitment marketing, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct structured candidate screening and competency-based selection processes.
• Develop interview guides, scorecards, and work samples with hiring managers.
• Facilitate interview panels, debriefs, and ensure fairness and quality decisions.
• Develop compensation recommendations and coordinate offer negotiations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
