Job summary

RobCo is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Austin to act as a strategic hiring partner to senior leadership and own critical searches end-to-end. You will shape sourcing strategies, implement structured interview processes, and drive hiring decisions with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in in-house talent acquisition, proven leadership-hiring experience, and a track record of proactively sourcing hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in-house at a fast-growing tech or engineering company.
• Ownership of leadership or hard-to-fill technical searches.
• Experience filling complex roles via proactive sourcing, not inbound applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to senior and executive stakeholders, translating plans into hiring strategies.
• Own complex searches end-to-end, including leadership and niche technical roles.
• Build sourcing strategies using market mapping and competitor insights.
• Design structured interview processes, scorecards, and selection frameworks, and coach managers.
• Own recruiting data and reporting, using funnel metrics to diagnose bottlenecks.
