Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract high quality passive and active candidates.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of talent to minimize time to fill.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
• Partner with department heads to understand headcount needs, define role requirements, and advise on market salary trends.
