Tarvos Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a growing organization in Austin, TX. This hybrid opportunity offers three days in the office and two days remote after an initial training period, with the chance to build and shape a recruiting function while making a meaningful impact within a mission-driven, people-focused organization.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to strengthen the candidate experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to build practical recruiting processes, expand sourcing strategies, improve hiring tools, and help develop a more strategic approach to talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to create structure and improve processes. Excellent communication, initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to independently advise hiring leaders are essential, while UKG Pro/ATS experience, compensation research, and recruiting analytics are helpful.
