DATAMARK, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking a Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and specialized roles.

You will partner with hiring managers and executives to craft sourcing strategies, leverage market intelligence, and implement recruiting technologies to attract top talent. This role serves as a trusted advisor, driving candidate experience, employer branding, and process efficiency while mentoring the TA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment, recruiting professional, technical, management, and executive level positions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to fill complex and strategic roles.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, CRM, and other recruiting technologies.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consultative partnerships with senior management and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Lead recruitment for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions through advanced sourcing and talent mapping.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
• Maintain relationships with professional organizations, universities and networks to strengthen pipelines.
• Champion best practices in candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting tech, and process efficiency.
• Provide guidance to TA team on sourcing strategies, tooling, market insights, and practices.
