Caesars Entertainment's Human Resources team is seeking a Human Resources Specialist - Recruiting & Engagement to attract, recruit, and retain top talent while bolstering employee engagement and culture.

You will partner with leaders to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and foster programs that promote satisfaction, recognition, and retention across a dynamic casino environment in Laughlin, NV.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• Hospitality, gaming, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices and employment law.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-turnover positions.
• Create and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and career fairs.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and policies.
• Assist in development of employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Coordinate events and community involvement activities.
