Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in high-volume environments; hotel/casino industry preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS; Oracle HCM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and pre-employment requirements (I-9, drug tests, background checks, education verification) to ensure timely, compliant onboarding.
• Verify and submit I-9 documentation within timelines; monitor results and follow up as needed.
• Administer drug testing and background screening; manage results and follow up actions.
• Review education/licensing against job expectations and record credentials in HCM.
• Audit requisitions and onboarding records for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Employment Leadership to assess background results and gaming compliance decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including scheduling, orientation, and paperwork processing.
• Support high-volume hiring initiatives by developing efficient processing strategies for large events.
• Deliver excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
