Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations concerns and workplace issues.
• Assist in investigations and ensure objectivity.
• Guide supervisors on performance, conduct, attendance, and policy applications.
• Support corrective actions and documentation.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and deliver training programs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance training is completed.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership on solutions.
• Assist with performance reviews and track evaluations.
• Support diversity, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Generate reports on training completion and workforce trends.
