Caesars Entertainment is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to drive operations excellence, team effectiveness, change management and organizational development at the property level.

You will research and implement HR policies across recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, regulatory compliance and risk management, coaching staff and ensuring legal and policy adherence.

Formación

• Minimum of six–eight years in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible positions in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of supervisory/management experience
• Literate and fluent in English
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with Team Members at all levels
• Knowledge of State/Federal Employment Laws
• Working knowledge of Nevada Workers’ Compensation statutes as well as OSHA regulations
• Working knowledge of Regulatory Administration in Gaming
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Must possess ability to think critically and work unsupervised to accomplish tasks
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to handle complex and emotional issues
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate integrity in all situations and recognize standards of a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to Team Members and reflects Caesars Entertainment values
• Adheres to regulatory, company and department policies

Responsabilidades

• Researching, establishing, recommending changes and administering Human Resources policies relating to recruitment, affirmative action/EEO compliance, training and development, Employee Relations, engagement, compensation and benefits, regulatory compliance, risk and safety.
• Provide direction and support for staff to achieve property goals through policies and procedures.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, retention and engagement for strategic planning.
• Coach and develop supervisors/managers in performance management and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and record-keeping rules.
• Oversee training compliance and regulatory requirements per guidelines.
• Liaise with Caesars Corporate Legal Department on litigation matters.
• Oversee compensation leveling within the organization.
• Endorse objectives and Code of Commitment aligned with company values.
