Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with candidate sourcing solutions.
• Read, write and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive with initiative and problem-solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and handle conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals (advertising, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding).
• Leads recruitment process for assigned roles including requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Identifies talent for open roles via posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referrals.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to build pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Extends offers and guides new hires through onboarding and benefits explanations.
• Uses ATS to track applicants through selection to onboarding and maintains records.
