Qualifications

• Minimum of six–eight years in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible HR roles and 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Literate and fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of all State/Federal Employment Laws and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lead policy development and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Research, establish, recommend changes and administer HR policies.
• Provide direction and support for staff to achieve property goals through fair application of policies.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, retention and engagement for strategic planning.
• Coach supervisors and managers in performance management and service quality.
• Ensure regulatory training compliance and liaison with Corporate Legal Department.
• Oversee property compensation and leveling of positions within the organization.
• Strives to improve departmental operations through assessment of policies and processes.
