Job summary

You will build relationships with department leaders, address concerns, advise on policies and employment laws, and help drive retention and morale through effective HR practices and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Two years of Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Hospitality or gaming experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage team member relations, HR compliance, and engagement.
• Support recruiting and hiring processes as needed.
• Build relationships with team members and department leaders.
• Investigate issues, advise on policy, and ensure lawful compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and process HR transactions.
