Job summary

Providence is seeking a talent acquisition leader to align recruitment strategy with business priorities, build stakeholder partnerships, and drive hiring outcomes at scale across markets. This role provides strategic leadership, consultation, and account management to business leadership, HR, and vendors.

You will develop recruiting strategies, lead core engagement with leaders, and influence enterprise TA direction while improving candidate experience and service delivery across the

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading HR or Talent Acquisition functions/teams.
• 10+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 10+ years Talent Solutions expertise across multiple disciplines.
• 5 years leading complex projects aligned with organizational strategies in medium to large companies.
• 5 years of experience creating, leading and measuring recruitment strategies and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Communicates vision and translates strategies into TA solutions.
• Ensures high-quality TA service delivery within the assigned area.
• Delivers hiring results through outsourced vendor partners.
• Partners cross-functionally to implement enterprise and regional solutions.
• Aligns recruitment approach with enterprise TA strategy and guides stakeholders.
