Job summary

Providence seeks a senior talent acquisition leader who can align recruitment strategy with business priorities, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and drive scalable hiring outcomes across markets and enterprise functions.

You will provide strategic leadership to business leaders, HR, and vendors, design area-specific TA strategies, oversee workforce planning, candidate experience, onboarding, and continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading HR or Talent Acquisition functions with strategic impact.
• 10+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 5+ years leading complex projects aligned with organizational strategies within medium to large companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned to market and business needs.
• Coordinate with HR, leadership and vendors to deliver TA services.
• Deliver hiring results through outsourced vendor partners to meet demand.
• Provide strategic insights to improve TA service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment and onboarding.
