Providence is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to align recruitment strategy with business priorities across markets and enterprise functions. You will chair stakeholder partnerships and drive hiring outcomes at scale, including managing vendor relationships and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years leading HR or Talent Acquisition functions and strategies.
Experience advising executives and building business cases for hiring.
Proven ability to lead complex multi-site recruitment initiatives.
Strong workforce planning and data-driven talent strategies.

Responsibilities

Proactively communicates vision and translates business strategies into TA solutions.
Ensures high-quality TA service delivery within the assigned area.
Delivers hiring results through outsourced vendor partners.
Partners cross-functionally to implement enterprise and regional solutions.
Leads recruitment strategies aligned with enterprise TA strategy and candidate experience.
