Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a senior leader to align recruitment strategy with business priorities and drive hiring outcomes at scale. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, partnering with HR, Shared Services, and vendors, to create scalable TA programs across markets and institutes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading HR or Talent Acquisition functions, with strategy development and executive consulting.

Responsibilities

• Communicates vision and translates business strategy into talent acquisition solutions that create value.
• Drives high-quality TA service delivery within the assigned area and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Delivers hiring results through outsourced vendor partners and aligns with enterprise TA strategy.
• Partners cross-functionally to implement enterprise and regional TA solutions.
• Develops area-specific recruiting strategies based on workforce planning and market understanding.
• Manages core leader engagement and adoption of hiring practices with HR, leadership, and vendors.
• Communicates TA policies to ensure vendor execution; serves as escalation point for Tier 3 issues.
• Engages business and vendors for strategic TA insights and consulting.
• Collaborates with PSJH leadership to improve performance through attraction, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Stewards candidate and caregiver experience; ensures quality TA service delivery.
• Fosters continuous improvement and mentors others; influences managers and recruiters.
• Serves as trusted advisor to executives to align accountability with organizational needs.
• Contributes to enterprise TA strategy and leadership development of recruitment initiatives.
• Leads robust recruitment strategies and builds talent pipelines through workforce planning and data.
