Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition leadership with strategy and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies into talent acquisition solutions that create value.
• Coordinate delivery and ensure high quality TA services across the area.
• Deliver hiring results through outsourced vendor partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise and regional TA solutions.
• Advise executives and stakeholders to focus on critical organizational needs.
• Steward candidate and caregiver experience through attraction, recruiting and onboarding.
