Qualifications

• 10+ years leading HR or Talent Acquisition functions with strategy development.
• 10+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 5+ years delivering recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• 5+ years cross-site project leadership and multi-site brokering.
