Providence Jobs is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader to align recruitment strategy with business priorities and drive hiring outcomes at scale. You will lead strategic TA initiatives, partner with executives, HR, and vendors, and influence enterprise-wide talent solutions across markets.

You will shape workforce planning, attraction, and onboarding experiences while sustaining a stellar candidate experience and operational excellence in a high-impact healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, OD, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translates business strategies into talent acquisition solutions within area of responsibility.
• Ensures high-quality TA service delivery and alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Delivers hires through outsourced vendor partners to meet forecasted demand.
• Partners cross-functionally to implement enterprise and regional TA solutions.
• Leads recruitment strategies tied to workforce planning and data-driven insights.
