• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute significantly to the business results.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring goals with BTI leaders and HR partners.
• Build robust talent pools and candidate pipelines across locations.
• Utilize relevant talent channels and lead initiatives to enhance recruiting capability.
• Lead candidate cultivation events to source top talent.
• Lead a team of recruiters and optimize deployment to achieve hiring goals.
• Drive training and development for the recruiting team.
• Own plan for team resourcing and structure to grow/evolve as needed.
• Maintain 100% systems hygiene and compliance across systems of record.
