Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to own recruitment strategy for the BTI business unit. You will partner with BTI leaders and HR to meet hiring goals, build talent pools, and drive global staffing initiatives.

You will lead a team of recruiters and drive performance while ensuring compliance and system hygiene. You should bring 10-12+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in leadership, plus a track record of delivering results in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10-12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 5 years in people management.
• Experience leading initiatives across business functions.
• Demonstrated track record of superior service delivery in a global environment.
• Proven ability to deliver results and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring goals with BTI leaders and HR partners.
• Build robust talent pools and candidate pipelines by location and business needs.
• Lead initiatives to enhance recruiting capability and quality.
• Direct a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and optimize deployment.
• Drive training and development for the recruiting team.
• Plan resourcing and structure to grow/evolve as needed.
• Maintain 100% systems hygiene and compliance across systems.
