Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to own the recruitment strategy for the Business Technology & Insights (BTI) unit. You will partner with BTI leaders and HR to define hiring goals, build robust talent pools, and drive cost-effective hiring across locations.

You will lead a team of recruiters, optimize deployment, drive training, and ensure 100% systems hygiene and cross-functional collaboration with TA leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 5 years in people management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of global service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment strategy for BTI and growth initiatives.
• Partner with BTI leaders and HR to define hiring goals and build robust talent pools.
• Lead and optimize recruiters and performance to achieve hiring goals.
