Gartner is seeking a Senior Director in the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group to lead thought leadership and develop high-impact insights for global clients. You will engage with executives through in-person and virtual meetings, conferences, and briefings, driving strategy and actionable recommendations across markets.
You will craft innovative research agendas, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate across global teams while traveling up to 25% as needed in a dynamic, matrixed
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise leadership capability strategies and AI/digital transformation initiatives.
- Executive presence with credibility with senior executives.
- Strong research, writing, and presentation abilities.
