BD is seeking a bold, innovative Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition to craft and execute a worldwide recruiting strategy for enterprise hiring (excluding executive level). You will partner with senior leaders to deliver fast, high-quality hires while ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing organizational decisions.
• Experience managing a global RPO and leading large-scale hiring programs.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive data-informed decisions.
