Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team on a temporary 3-6 month project. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hire.

• Experience performing all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and adapt to feedback.
• Strong communication to articulate pipeline status and match client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback gathering.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and handle objections in the hiring process.
• Advise hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to add value.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related reports.
