Wilson seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, employing market intelligence and modern recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for interviews and hires. The position is a temporary contract for 3-6 months with potential conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Strong client focus and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and manage objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related reports.
