Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Kansas City. This temporary 12-month contract focuses on delivering top talent through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and trusted client advisory.

You will manage candidate screening, interviews, and placement, building strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful hires. You will work to meet weekly and monthly submit-to-hire goals while maintaining accurate ATS data and providing insights

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Strong client focus and relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and guide them through the interview process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and meet weekly and monthly submit/hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related reporting.
