Wilson HR in Kansas is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, using market intelligence and sourcing to deliver top talent for client needs.

You will manage the full cycle from screening and interviewing to recommending candidates for interviews and for hire, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all recruiting aspects, including market research, passive sourcing, internet searches, negotiating and closing.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, and implement feedback.
• Maintain pipeline and communicate it clearly to others.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and client relationships.
• Time prioritization and adaptability when priorities shift.
• Active team participant and value-driven collaborator.
• Proficient in MS Office, ATS experience, and social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management, delivering strong submit-to-interview ratios.
• Develop a creative recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports such as applicant tracking system data and related administrative tasks.
