You will oversee the selection process, source passive candidates, coordinate interviews and present strong talent for open roles. Build a robust candidate network and contribute to a high-trust, high-performance recruiting

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong client-focused mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with market research, passive sourcing, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including screening and coordinating interviews.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and help manage expectations and objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and process improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates and track progress against goals.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit/hire targets are met and report on ATS data.
