Capgemini Invent is hiring a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to guide recruiting excellence across the U.S. market. In this onsite role in Atlanta, you will shape and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy, lead transformational change with AI-enabled recruiting and analytics, and strengthen direct sourcing while improving candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of large teams.
• Experience with direct sourcing, talent pipelines, and market intelligence.
• Proven ability to influence executives and stakeholders in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the U.S. Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition organization.
• Drive Talent Acquisition transformation through process optimization and AI-enabled recruiting.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and strengthen direct sourcing.
• Lead executive and strategic hiring initiatives across priority segments.
• Partner with Talent Brand, HR, and Marketing on employer positioning.
• Continuously improve candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
