Job summary

SEI seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to set the strategic recruiting direction for US and global roles, spanning adjunct, hourly, faculty, corporate and executive hiring. This role anticipates talent risk, shapes role scoping, and drives the function’s tech roadmap, vendor management, and KPI forecasting.

You will lead priority searches, develop candidate pipelines, and partner with HR on assessment methodologies and calibrated interview tools, while advocating for TA funding and ROI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership, including coaching recruiters.
• Executive search experience; retained or complex in-house searches preferred.
• Experience evolving TA tech, AI-enabled tools, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with Workday and third-party sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve TA strategy, operating model, and service standards.
• Advise senior leaders on search approaches and compensation strategy.
• Own recruiting tech roadmap, external platforms, and data reporting.
• Lead priority searches and manage executive hiring and relationships.
• Develop pipelines for high-volume, faculty, corporate, and executive roles.
• Monitor metrics (time to fill, cost per hire) and improve dashboards.
