The Wrap seeks a Global Talent Acquisition Leader to steer worldwide recruiting, spanning North America, India, the UK, and beyond. You will standardize the operating model, drive AI and automation, and partner with C-level leaders on workforce strategy.

You will lead regional TA teams, foster inclusive cultures, and implement governance to ensure consistency. This role demands data-driven decision making and strong 글로벌 collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience at a global scale.
• 4+ years leading multi-regional teams (NA, Europe, India).
• Experience adopting AI, automation, and technology in TA.
• Knowledge of labor law frameworks across geographies.
• Proven ability to redesign processes for efficiency.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global TA strategy aligned with regions.
• Lead multi-regional teams and foster inclusive culture.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting processes and AI-driven tools.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on headcount and budget.
• Develop analytics dashboards for hiring metrics and ROI.
