Apollo.io is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and scale a global recruiting organization. This leadership role will drive AI-powered recruiting strategies and partner with the executive team to align hiring with business objectives.

San Francisco Bay Area proximity is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include designing a global recruiting strategy, mentoring a TA team, forecasting hiring needs, and establishing data-driven metrics to improve outcomes across R&D, GTM, and G&A

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including scale in fast-growing environments.
• Proven track record scaling TA in late-stage startups/unicorns.
• Experience managing global recruiting across technical, GTM and G&A roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function to support rapid growth across all business units.
• Design and execute a global recruiting strategy using AI and automation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing TA team with collaborative culture.
